Recover Co is for anyone wanting to include simple, effective recovery into their routine - whether you’re managing daily stress, muscle tension, or just want to feel refreshed more often.
We provide infrared sauna sessions, cold & warm plunge baths, compression therapy, and dedicated recovery spaces - all designed to help you unwind and recharge.
Recover Co's cold & warm plunges, infrared saunas and stretch & mobility zone are accessible 24/7. For safety, the compression boots are only available during our staffed hours.
We recommend regular use tailored to your specific needs. Many people find 2–3 sessions per week helps them feel consistently better and less stressed.
Once you have your onboarding session during staffed hours, you will then get access via our software to unlock the door using your phone. You are required to take one of our duress lanyards with you and return it when you finish your session.
Our services are safe for most people, but if you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare professional before starting.
